04.23.2007 ::: To all One Vision Children’s Foundation’s Claimants:
In accordance with the Court’s Order, claimants should have received their claims distribution in the aforementioned case.
With this second interim claims distribution, the receivership has caused to be remitted to you 50% of their approved claim amount.
These two distributions constitute the bulk of the expected recoveries to be made to the victims in this case. A final distribution is expected to be made in the fall of 2007, at which time this estate is expected to be closed.
